Local Pick Up Deals
All deals are clear and complete during face-to-face local pick up deal, basically we will not provide return and refund straight forwards. You have to contact us for further arrangement.

International/Local Delivery Deals
For Used gears, 

• We accept return of unsatisfied item within 7 days from the day you receive the item. Full refund except the shipping charges will be provided after item is returned to, received and reviewed by us.
• The item to be returned must be kept in its original packing without any damage and scratch. An item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.

For Brand New gears, 

• We will not provide return and refund straight forwards. You have to contact us for further arrangement.
